I have scrabble boards and a number of dictionaries. All I need is people who enjoy or would like to learn to play Scrabble!

The newly formed Scrabble Group had their first games afternoon today, Tuesday 19 May at David D's home.  Beverages were readily available and once agreement was reached on any strange rules, the games began.  We managed to fit in three fairly competitive games in a very friendly and relaxed manner, clearly some of us had not been delving into our dictionaries in recent times. The next meeting is planned for Tuesday 16 June, there is capacity for a few more participants, don't be shy, come along and enjoy a sociable afternoon. There is no need to be a great wordsmith, there are more two and three letter words used than any other!
